Welcome to EquineGo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EquineGo mobile applications (iOS and Android), web application (horse.equinego.app), and website (equinego.app). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Overview & Plans

EquineGo provides horse care organization, health tracking, stable management, and digital equine record-keeping software. We offer three primary access tiers:

Free Plan ($0): Includes 1 horse profile with 5 core care modules (horse profile, task reminders, contacts directory, hoof care logs, and therapy sessions). Clean, ad-free experience.
Solo Plan ($4.99/mo or $39.99/yr): Unlocks all 24 care and management modules for 1 horse, including medication tracking, vaccination schedules, deworming rotation, feed inventory, expenses, tack logs, and 150 MB cloud backup.
Pro Plan ($14.95/mo or $99.99/yr): Unlimited horse profiles and complete barn management suite with all 24 modules, veterinary document vault, PDF/CSV tax exports, advanced cost analytics, and 2 GB cloud storage.

2. Veterinary & Medical Disclaimer

EquineGo is an administrative record-keeping and organizational tool only. EquineGo is not a licensed veterinary medical practice, pharmacy, or diagnostic service. Information, dosage logs, vaccination booster schedules, and reminders generated within the app are based on user input and general educational guidelines.

EquineGo does not provide veterinary medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or emergency triage. Always consult with a licensed, qualified equine veterinarian regarding any horse illness, injury, vaccination protocol, medication dosage, or health regimen.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your EquineGo account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your password.

4. Data Ownership & User Content

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into EquineGo. This includes horse profiles, medical histories, photos, documents, receipts, and training logs. We do not sell your personal data or your horses’ medical information to third-party advertisers. You may export your records (PDF/CSV) at any time through the app.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Billing Cycles: Paid subscriptions (Solo and Pro) are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual recurring basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
In-App Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue through the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier without losing your historical data.

6. Intellectual Property

The EquineGo brand name, logo, software design, interface, graphics, and proprietary features are the exclusive intellectual property of EquineGo. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our software without explicit written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EquineGo and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including data loss, missed calendar reminders, or reliance on information stored in the application.
